At House of Mannath, we take great care in inspecting and packing the product. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your product, we will be glad to rectify the problem or exchange the product. Please see below for the terms and conditions of our exchange policies.

Returns / Exchange and Cancellation policy:

If you are not satisfied with your product, you could exchange it to us within 15 days of receiving the product for an exchange on the full Invoice value.

The exchange and return policies are subject to terms & conditions as mentioned below:

• Product should be accompanied with the Original/Copy of Invoice for all returns within the 15 Days period. Tags should be intact.

• Once your returned item is received our team will review the returned item. Any items that show signs of wear or usage cannot be accepted for exchange.

• No exchanges will be made against garments which have been altered by the customer, including sleeve attachment.

• Orders cannot be cancelled after order is placed. After dispatch, the courier company will attempt the delivery of the order twice, post which the merchandise is sent back to our warehouse.

• In case of exchange, the product price should be equal or above the old product price.

• The customer will have to pay the difference between the new product chosen and the valuation of the old product before dispatch.

• No exchange/return/cancellation request will be allowed after the 30 days from the order date.

• Alteration facility is available at all our stores in order to accommodate size corrections.

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

• We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your returned / exchanged product.
